Mosaic Material - Substance Designer

This is a part of a collections of the best materials I built throughout my entire career as environment artist so far. All these showcased materials were built using Substance Designer, where I always kept in mind reusability and optimization through the graphs. For this mosaic material I built it so that we could place almost any alpha/image that it will transform into a mosaic height map.

The mosaic tiles were built using the new spline nodes from Substance Designer. Within it I created a custom node where it generates mosaic tiles from whatever shape you plug in. It also has several controls as how big is each tile, spread and others
